Job Summary

We are looking for a Training Video & Avatar Content Specialist who can transform existing training PowerPoint presentations into engaging, high-quality training videos using avatars and voiceover scripts. This role sits at the intersection of instructional content, scripting, and video production, ensuring that training materials are clear, engaging, and video-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Content Conversion & Video Creation

  • Convert existing training PowerPoint presentations into professional training videos
  • Create and manage avatar-based video content using approved tools/platforms
  • Ensure slide visuals, scripts, and avatar narration are fully aligned
  • Adapt PPT content to suit video pacing, screen readability, and learner engagement

Script Writing & Voiceover

  • Write or refine spoken-style scripts based on PPT content
  • Simplify complex concepts into clear, conversational narration
  • Ensure scripts match what is displayed on-screen (no mismatch between visual and audio)
  • Adjust tone and language based on target audience (internal teams, clients, partners)

Video Readiness & Quality Control

  • Prepare presentations to be fully video-ready (layout, animation, timing)
  • Review final videos for clarity, flow, accuracy, and visual consistency
  • Make revisions based on stakeholder or trainer feedback

Collaboration

  • Work closely with training, marketing, and instructional design teams
  • Coordinate with voice, avatar, or video platform guidelines
  • Maintain consistency with brand, visual, and communication standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following (or equivalent practical experience):
    • Communication, Media, Marketing

Languages & Skills

  • Languages converting PPT or training materials into video content
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation design skills
  • Strong scriptwriting skills in clear, spoken English
  • Languages working with avatar-based video tools (e.g., Synthesia, Vyond, D-ID, or similar)
  • Understanding of basic video storytelling and pacing
  • Ability to explain complex topics in a simple, engaging way

Preferred Qualifications

  • Languages in eLearning, training, or instructional video creation
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms or corporate training environments
  • Basic knowledge of video editing or animation principles
  • Languages adapting content for global or multilingual audiences
