Job Description: Training Content & Presentation Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and structured person who can develop training content in the form of PowerPoint presentations and clear scripts that will be used by our Marketing Video Team to produce training and marketing videos.

This role bridges training/technical content and marketing communication.

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities

• Create training PowerPoint presentations based on provided topics, concepts, or internal input
• Structure content in a clear, logical, and easy-to-understand way
• Write spoken scripts that explain the PPT content clearly for video recordings
• Ensure alignment between slides and scripts (what is shown = what is spoken)
• Adapt content for different audiences (internal teams, clients, partners)
• Work closely with the Marketing Video Team to ensure content is video-ready
• Revise and improve content based on feedback

Education / Degree (Required)

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields (or comparable):
  • Communication, Marketing, Media, Journalism
• Equivalent practical experience can be accepted instead of a formal degree (depending on candidate profile)

What We Are Looking For

• Strong ability to explain complex topics simply and clearly
• Languages creating training materials, presentations, or educational content
• Very good PowerPoint / presentation design skills
• Strong writing skills in clear, structured English (spoken-style scripts)
• Degree as described above (or equivalent experience)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
• Creative mindset with a structured way of thinking
