We are seeking passionate and motivated Environmental Engineers / Sustainability Experts to support environmental protection, climate resilience, and sustainability performance across projects and operations. This role is open to fresh graduates (Bachelor’s or Master’s) as well as experienced professionals, offering opportunities to grow and contribute to meaningful impact.
You will work on environmental assessments, compliance support, sustainability initiatives, carbon reduction, and ESG-related activities depending on your experience level. Training and mentoring will be provided for entry-level hires.
Support environmental monitoring and assessments (air, water, waste, soil).
Assist in ensuring compliance with environmental laws, permits, and standards.
Help prepare documentation for audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting.
Contribute to Environmental Management Systems.
Assist in implementing sustainability roadmaps and improvement plans.
Support energy, water, material efficiency, and waste reduction projects.
Contribute to circular economy initiatives (recycling, reuse, sustainable alternatives).
Help conduct footprinting or life-cycle analysis (LCA) where required.
Support data collection for GHG inventories (Scope 1, 2, and where relevant Scope 3).
Assist in carbon reduction and decarbonization initiatives.
Contribute to ESG and sustainability reporting (GRI, SASB, TCFD/ISSB, CSRD where relevant).
Maintain sustainability dashboards and performance metrics.
Work with teams across engineering, operations, procurement, and leadership.
Participate in awareness and training activities to build sustainability culture.
Communicate findings, progress, and recommendations clearly.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.
Freshers and experienced candidates both are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of environmental and sustainability concepts.
Strong willingness to learn and work in multidisciplinary teams.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Internship or project experience in sustainability, EHS, ESG, or environmental engineering.
Familiarity with environmental standards and tools (ISO 14001, GHG Protocol, LEED, LCA tools).
Knowledge of environmental regulations and reporting requirements.
Languages in [industry: manufacturing/construction/energy/public sector/tech/etc.].
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Attention to detail and data accuracy.
Teamwork and stakeholder coordination.
Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
