Your daily tasks:

People Acquisition/Recruitment:

• onduct outreach to individuals, organizations, and potential partners, particularly in German-speaking markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
• Generate and qualify leads through email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Maintain and update lead databases and CRM tools.
• Assist in preparing outreach materials, including basic German communication (email templates, follow-up messages).
• Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.).
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages.
• Support in growing followers and improving brand visibility across platforms.
• Assist in preparing basic German-language posts or captions (with translation support if needed).
• Collaborate with the design and content team to create visually appealing posts.
• Draft newsletters, outreach messages, and marketing emails.

People Management:

• • Basic German proficiency (A1/A2 level or equivalent) with willingness to learn and improve.
  • Good command of English (verbal and written).
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva).
  • Basic understanding of lead generation and outreach strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team.
  • Languages with CRM tools .
  • Familiarity with German culture and communication etiquette.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing or email campaigns.
  • Previous experience in outreach, marketing, or social media is a plus.

• • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

  • Ability to work independently and remotely with a stable high-speed internet connection and suitable equipment (laptop/headset)
