Your Mission:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Campaign & SEO Coordinator to join our team! If you have a passion for writing and storytelling, particularly for B2B audiences, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. The ideal candidate will be eager to craft engaging content for blogs, social media platforms (like LinkedIn), reports, and other company publications. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and communications teams to develop narratives, campaigns, and SEO-optimized content that align with our brand and business goals.

Daily tasks:

People Acquisition/Recruitment:

• Conduct outreach to individuals, organizations, and potential partners
• Generate and qualify leads through email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Maintain and update lead databases and CRM tools.
• Assist in preparing outreach materials (email templates, follow-up messages).
• Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.).
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages.
• Support in growing followers and improving brand visibility across platforms.
• Collaborate with the design and content team to create visually appealing posts.
• Draft newsletters, outreach messages, and marketing emails.
• German Speaking will be plus point (Assist in preparing basic German-language posts or captions (with translation support if needed).

People Management:

• • Good command of English (verbal and written).
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva).
  • Basic understanding of lead generation and outreach strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team.

What we are looking for:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1+ year of experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

  • Ability to work independently and remotely with a stable high-speed internet connection and suitable equipment (laptop/headset)
