Sales & Office Support (Mongolia | On-site | Full-time)

We are looking for a local Mongolian Sales & Office Support professional to join our team in Mongolia on-site, full-time.
This role combines sales execution with light administrative and office coordination, supporting our local operations and business growth. You will work closely with local partners and stakeholders and assist in sales and purchasing processes related to land and local assets.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is proactive, trustworthy, and comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-moving environment.


Your daily tasks:

  • Drive local sales and business development activities in Mongolia.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, land owners, and local stakeholders.

  • Support sales and purchase processes for land and related local transactions, including coordination and follow-up.

  • Assist with preparing basic sales documents, quotations, reports, and schedules.

  • Coordinate with external parties (e.g., land owners, brokers, service providers, or authorities) as needed.

  • Provide day-to-day office support and administrative tasks to ensure smooth local operations.

  • Support communication between the Mongolia office and international teams where required.


What we are looking for:

Nationality:

  • Mongolian (local candidate)

Language Skills:

  • Fluent Mongolian (verbal and written)

  • Good English (verbal and written)

Languages & Background:

  • Proven experience in sales (real estate/land, infrastructure, local procurement, or related fields is a strong plus)

  • Foundation

  • Familiarity with land acquisition / purchase processes in Mongolia is an advantage

  • Comfortable handling documentation and coordination for local transactions

Personal Qualities:

  • Reliable, organized, and strong attention to detail

  • Confident communicator and negotiator

  • Proactive and able to work independently

  • High integrity when dealing with sensitive local deals

  • Willing to learn and grow within a small, supportive team
