Recruiting Specialist – Native German Speaker (m/f/d) – 100% Remote

Your Mission:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced native German-speaking Online Recruiter, based anywhere in the world, with experience actively recruiting leads (social media, calling, etc.) as well as experience in sales or call center environments, to join our virtual recruitment team.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates primarily for German-speaking positions, using your language skills and call center experience to effectively engage with potential candidates.

Your daily tasks:

  • Source and recruit candidates for various positions, with a focus on German-speaking roles, through online channels, job boards, social media, and other recruiting platforms
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates
  • Provide information about job opportunities, company culture, and benefits to candidates, effectively promoting the position and our organization
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other recruitment software
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress

What we are looking for:

  • Native German speaker (written and verbal communication)
  • Previous experience in a call center environment, preferably in recruitment or customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to engage with candidates from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in recruitment software, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment with high self-motivation
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
