We are currently building our team and are now searching for:

Quality & Proofreading Specialist – Marketing Content (m/f/d) – Remote

Your mission:

During the next years EU Tech wants to improve its brand and increase its overall performance.

Your daily tasks:

• Proofread and edit a wide range of marketing content, from long-form (e.g., books, whitepapers, magazines) to short-form (e.g., website copy, newsletters, social media).

• Ensure all materials are error-free, linguistically correct, and brand-compliant.

• Define, implement, and uphold editorial quality standards across departments.

• Monitor and continuously improve the linguistic and stylistic consistency of all content.

• Maintain a unified tone of voice across all materials.
• Work closely with content creators, designers and marketing leads to align with strategic objectives.

We are looking for:

• Native-level or excellent written German skills (Sprachniveau C1).
• Excellent English skills

• 5+ years of experience in proofreading, editing, or quality control—ideally in a marketing, publishing, or communications setting.

• Deep knowledge of language standards and editorial styles (e.g., Duden, APA or internal guidelines).

• Exceptional attention to detail and an intuitive sense for language, style and tone.

• Familiarity with content management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office 365, Confluence, Notion, Asana, etc.).
