Outreach Specialist (LinkedIn Management, Lead Generation, Email Campaigns & CRM)(m/f/d) – 100% Remote

Your daily Task:

    • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
    • Identify and research potential leads through various channels (LinkedIn, industry databases, web research, etc.).
    • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to initiate conversations with leads via email, calls, and social platforms.
    • Engage in market research to identify new outreach opportunities and potential partnerships.
    • Develop and execute email campaigns designed to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
    • Write compelling and personalized email copy for different segments.
    • A/B test email content and subject lines to optimize engagement rates.
    • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
    • Oversee the management and organization of leads within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
    • Track, segment, and update lead data to ensure accurate information and consistent follow-ups.
    • Set up automated workflows and lead nurturing sequences to move leads through the sales funnel.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
    • Generate reports on lead generation metrics, email campaign performance, and CRM updates.
    • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improving outreach and lead conversion strategies.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends to ensure outreach efforts align with market needs.
    • What we are looking for:
    •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proven experience in lead generation, email marketing, and CRM management (4+ years preferred).
    • Languages with outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
    • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
    • Understanding of lead nurturing and segmentation strategies.
    • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to craft persuasive and engaging email content.
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and marketing tools.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret metrics to optimize outreach efforts.
