Office Support (Mongolia)

Your Mission:

We are urgently looking for an Office Support staff to join our team in Mongolia.
You can be either a Chinese national living in Mongolia or a Mongolian citizen with good English communication skills (both verbal and written).
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, reliable, and ready to start work immediately.

Your daily tasks:

• Support day-to-day office and administrative tasks.
• Assist with communication between team members in Chinese, Mongolian, and English.
• Help prepare basic documents, reports, and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients or partners as needed.
• Provide general office and sales support when required.

What we are looking for:

• Nationality: Chinese or Mongolian.
• Language Skills:
  • Good English (verbal and written).
  • Mongolian or Chinese fluency is a plus.
• Languages: Office or admin experience preferred but not required.
• Personal Qualities:
  • Reliable, organized, and willing to learn.
  • Able to start immediately.
• Eager to learn and grow within a small, supportive team.
