Mongolian-English Translator – Mongolia, Ulannbaatar

Your daily tasks:

• Provide oral interpretation during legal meetings, court hearings, client consultations, and official functions when required.
• Ensure all translations meet legal and linguistic accuracy, including proper terminology, grammar, and formatting.
• Collaborate with legal staff to clarify legal terminology or concepts and ensure consistency.
• Review and edit translations done by third parties or machine-assisted tools.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive legal and client-related information at all times.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to legal translation workflow, such as document management and logging.

What we are looking for:

• Fluency in Mongolian and English (both written and spoken).
• Proven experience in legal translation and interpretation.
• In-depth understanding of legal terminology and procedures in both jurisdictions.
• Strong attention to detail and linguistic accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
