IT Service Desk Support L2 – (m/f/d)-100 % remote
The IT Service Desk Level 2 Support is responsible for handling more complex technical issues escalated from Level 1 support. This role involves advanced troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network-related problems, working closely with Level 3 support and other IT teams to ensure efficient problem resolution. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
