We are searching for a:

 IT Service Desk Support L2 – (m/f/d)-100 % remote

The IT Service Desk Level 2 Support is responsible for handling more complex technical issues escalated from Level 1 support. This role involves advanced troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network-related problems, working closely with Level 3 support and other IT teams to ensure efficient problem resolution. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.

Your daily tasks:

  • Respond to and resolve escalated technical issues from Level 1 support.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting of hardware, software, operating systems, and network-related issues.
  • Support enterprise applications, email systems, VPNs, and cloud-based services.
  • Troubleshoot and support Active Directory, user accounts, and permissions.
  • Investigate and diagnose system performance issues, security incidents, and application failures.
  • Assist in software installations, updates, and configurations.
  • Work with Level 3 support teams for unresolved issues.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and server-related issues.
  • Train and mentor Level 1 support technicians on common technical issues.
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

What we are looking for:

  • 2–4 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and enterprise applications.
  • Languages with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).
  • Familiarity with IT security best practices, antivirus, and endpoint protection.
  • Hands-on experience with remote desktop support tools and ticketing systems.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and on-call support if required.
