We are searching for a:

 IT Service Desk Support L1 – (m/f/d)-100 % remote

The IT Service Desk Level 1 Support is the first point of contact for users experiencing IT issues. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related problems while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users.

Your daily tasks:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist users with password resets, account lockouts, and access issues.
  • Working & resolution of IT Service desk tickets in timely manner.
  • Install and configure software applications based on company policies.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 or Level 3 support teams as necessary.
  • Assist with basic user account management (Active Directory, email, VPN, etc.).
  • Maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions.

What we are looking for:

  • 0–2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and common enterprise applications.
  • Understanding of networking basics (IP addresses, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi).
  • Languages with remote desktop support tools is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
