International Sales Executive – Software Sales (Active Calling) – 100% Remote (m/f/d)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented International Sales Executive with a strong background in software sales and outbound calling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching software products, and closing deals with international clients. You must be confident, articulate, and experienced in navigating diverse markets across regions such  Europe.

What we are looking for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls and follow-ups with international prospects to generate qualified leads.
  • Understand client requirements and present tailored software solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing across global markets.
  • Maintain and manage a strong pipeline of potential customers using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for proposal creation, pricing, demos, and onboarding.
  • Research and identify new market opportunities for business expansion.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and upsell opportunities.

Technical requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in international B2B software sales, with a focus on outbound calling.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in global markets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness to engage with clients globally.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and manage time effectively across time zones.

  Additional Desirable Skills

  • Languages in selling SaaS or enterprise software solutions internationally.
  • Knowledge of lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
  • Understanding of global sales dynamics and compliance in international business
