We are currently building our team and now searching for

HR Specialist (Recruitment & performance Management) (m/f/d) – 100 % remote

Your daily tasks:

People Acquisition/ Recruitment:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, roles, and expectations.
  • Handle end-to end recruitment for assigned positions.
  • Post jobs on multiple platforms (company website, job boards, social media).
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, industry groups, and resume databases.
  • Conduct initial screenings interviews to evaluate fit and interest.
  • Arrange interviews with hiring managers and relevant team members.
  • Gather feedback from interviewers and evaluate against job requirements.
  • Coordinate onboarding process with HR, IT, and other departments.
  • Check in with new hires during the first few weeks to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Gather feedback from new hires and managers to improve the recruiting process.
  • Provides regular updates on recruitment activities and results.

People Management:

  • Collaborate with each department to create or update SOPs in line with company policies.
  • Ensure all employees have easy access to current SOPs (e.g., through intranet, shared drives).
  • Perform spot checks to identify inconsistencies or deviations from SOPs.
  • Engage department heads in reviewing findings and addressing any compliance issues.
  • Coordinate with department heads to compile and finalize PowerPoint Presentation to be presented for work progress update.
  • Ensure teams’ availability in all meetings and moderate meeting to support in smooth communication among departments and senior management.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
  • 5+years of experience in recruitment, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, including social media recruiting and talent assessments.
  • Languages with performance management practices and SOPs conceptualization.
  • Proficient in HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English Language.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Must be having High speed internet connection and equipment (Laptop/Headset) to work remotely.
