HR Recruiting & People Management – (m/f/d) – 100 % remote

Your Mission:

We are looking for a proactive Recruiting & People Management Specialist who can own end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles and ensure strong people processes across departments. In this role, you will support and improve day-to-day HR operations, monitor department performance and work quality, and ensure SOP compliance and consistent standards across teams. You will work closely with managers to build structured hiring and people management routines, while handling HR administration with accuracy, confidentiality, and accountability.

Your daily tasks:

  • Hiring for your Open Positions (technical and non-technical).
  • Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases; build and maintain pipelines and conduct initial interviews
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate interview panels, and ensure timely candidate communication and feedback collection.
  • Maintain and update employee records and personnel files in compliance with our CRM and internal standards.
  • Monitor attendance, absences, sick leave documentation, and approvals; follow up on missing or incorrect entries.
  • Support onboarding by preparing access requests, documentation, welcome materials, and coordinating first-day/first-week schedules.
  • Support offboarding by coordinating handovers, documentation, access removals, and exit steps with relevant departments.
  • Monitor department deliverables and work quality indicators with team leads and escalate process or quality risks early.
  • Ensure SOP adherence across teams; identify gaps, propose improvements, and coordinate updates with stakeholders.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation for HR actions, recruitment steps, approvals, and SOP changes.
  • Support cross-department communication to ensure smooth HR service delivery and consistent process execution.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
  • 3+years of experience in recruitment and performance management.
  • Proven ability to recruit across technical and non-technical
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and documentation standards
  • Languages with CRM and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Structured, detail-oriented working style with a hands-on mindset.
  • Languages: English required.
  • Remote readiness: stable high-speed internet and working equipment (laptop/headset).
