HR & Project Support Specialist (m/f/d) – 100% Remote

Your Mission:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Project Support Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role plays a key part in keeping our project-related databases up to date and supporting recruiting and people management activities. You will work closely with HR and project management stakeholders and should have a strong command of Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel, SharePoint and Teams.

Your daily tasks:

• Update and maintain our internal database for ongoing and completed projects.
• Collect, manage and standardize (internal and external) Documents related to projects.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
• Assist with sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain candidate records and assist in creating job postings.
• Basic understanding of project management or coordination.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources  or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Word, Outlook).
• Languages in HR support, recruiting, or administrative roles.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive HR data.
