We are currently building our team and now searching for

HR Co-Lead (m/f/d) – 100 % remote

Your mission:

As the HR Co-Lead, you will share responsibilities for designing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals. You will collaborate with other leaders to oversee key HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. Your role will ensure that HR operations run smoothly while fostering a positive employee experience in a fully remote environment.

Your key tasks:

  • Strategic Planning:
    • Collaborate on the development and execution of HR strategies that align with company goals.
    • Implement HR best practices to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Talent Management:
    • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring top talent acquisition.
    • Develop and execute onboarding programs for seamless integration of new hires.
  • Performance Management:
    • Co-lead the development and execution of performance appraisal systems.
    • Provide coaching and development support to employees and managers.
  • Policy Development & Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with our remote work regulations
    • Co-develop and update HR policies to reflect the needs of a remote workforce.
  • HR Operations:
    • Manage HR data to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
    • Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution with discretion.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles including leadership experience, with a preference for remote work environments.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and procedures.
  • Languages with talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
