Govt. Affairs Communication Specialist (m/f/d) – 100% Remote
Your Mission:
As an Govt. Affairs Communication Specialist at EUTECH Chamber, you will be responsible for shaping the environments that foster innovation and productivity within office spaces. You will play a key role in conceptualizing and developing interior designs that align with organization needs, budgets, and project timelines. With a strong focus on creating functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable office environments, you will collaborate with multiple departments to bring these spaces to life. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about design, space optimization, and delivering impactful, high-quality office interiors.
Your daily tasks:
Coordinate event schedules, agendas, and program content, ensuring alignment with
organizational goals and government relations strategies.
Manage the end-to-end delegation process, from identifying participants to
coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations.
Arrange transportation, hotel bookings, and other logistical requirements for
delegates, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
Maintain updated records of delegate information, travel itineraries, and related
documentation.
Ensure compliance with protocol and etiquette standards when interacting with
government officials and dignitaries.
Provide guidance and support to delegates on protocol-related matters, including
appropriate attire, behavior, and communication protocols.
Develop and maintain guest lists for government events, including invited officials,
stakeholders, and VIP guests.
Manage RSVPs, invitations, and confirmations, ensuring accurate attendance tracking
and seating arrangements.
Coordinate pre-event preparations, including venue setup, equipment procurement,
and materials production.
Assist in drafting briefing materials, presentations, and talking points for delegates and
speakers.
Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and
government agencies involved in event planning and execution.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, ensuring
timely delivery of tasks and resolution of issues
.What we are looking for:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field from a renowned university.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Government Affairs. Proven experience on international level, with an ability to understand and adapt to various international standards and regulations.
Fluent English communication is must.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information and strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Ability to identify key issues, provide strategic solutions, and adapt to changing priorities.
Expertise in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite etc. for creating floor plans, visuals, and presentations.
