Training & Development Specialist – German speaking (m/f/d) – 100% Remote

Your daily tasks:

• Conducts orientation and leads onboarding of new employees.
• Develop effective induction programs.
• Design and manage training and development programs based on the identified needs of training.
• Monitor and review the progress of new employees and provide timely and constructive feedback.
• Promote a work culture of continuing improvement and development.
• Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and development.
• Assist Human resource professionals whenever required on project.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications in relevant field.
• Native level in the German Language (Speaking, Writing, Listening).
• 3+ years of experience in training, SOP management, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in a remote work environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with process management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge of SOP creation, process documentation, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in a remote setting.
• High level of adaptability and problem-solving in a remote environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Preferred Skills:
• Languages in operations management or quality control roles.
• Knowledge of industry-specific SOPs and compliance regulations.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear and simple SOPs.
