German speaking Recruiting Specialist (m/f/d) – 100% Remote

Your Mission:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced German-speaking Online Recruiter with call center experience, preferably from Thailand, to join our virtual recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates primarily for German-speaking positions, utilizing your language skills and call center experience to effectively engage with potential candidates.

Your daily tasks:

Source and recruit candidates for various positions, with a focus on German-speaking roles, through online channels, job boards, social media, and other recruiting platforms.

Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.

Provide information about job opportunities, company culture, and benefits to candidates, effectively selling the position and our organization.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other recruitment software.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

What we are looking for:

Native Speaker in the German languages (both written and verbal communication).

Previous experience working in a call center environment, preferably in a recruitment or customer service role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Proficiency in using recruitment software, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to work independently in a virtual environment, with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
