Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer who can work across frontend and backend development using Angular and Java (legacy + modern) with Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will be comfortable maintaining and improving existing systems written in older Java versions and also building new, scalable features using modern Spring Boot services.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend (Angular)

• Develop and maintain web applications using Angular (v12+ preferred).
• Build reusable components, services, modules, and shared UI libraries.
• Work with RxJS, routing, guards, interceptors, lazy loading, and reactive forms.
• Implement responsive UI with HTML5, CSS3, SCSS and Bootstrap/Tailwind.
• Integrate frontend with REST APIs and handle proper error/loading states.
• Fix UI bugs, improve performance, and ensure pixel-consistent UX across screens.

Backend (Java + Spring Boot)

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java (legacy + modern) and Spring Boot.
• Design and build REST APIs with proper validation, error handling, and versioning where needed.
• Work on legacy Java/Spring codebases and refactor modules for better maintainability.
• Implement business logic, integrations, and background jobs as per system requirements.
• Implement authentication/authorization (JWT / session / role-based access control).
• Work with JPA/Hibernate, JDBC, and optimized SQL queries for performance.

Databases & Dev Practices

• Work with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Write SQL queries, joins, indexing strategies, and basic performance tuning.
• Use Git for version control and follow PR-based development workflows.
• Collaborate with QA, Product Owners, and developers for delivery and releases.
• Support debugging and issue resolution in staging/production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Angular and TypeScript.
• Strong Java fundamentals (OOP, collections, concurrency basics).
• Languages with Spring Boot (REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate).
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational database design.
• Languages working with legacy Java applications is a plus.
• Good debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have (Preferred)

• Microservices architecture experience.
• Spring Security + JWT implementation experience.
• Liquibase/Flyway database migrations.
• Docker / Docker Compose knowledge.
• CI/CD exposure (GitHub Actions / Jenkins / GitLab CI).
• Unit testing (JUnit, Mockito) and frontend testing (Jasmine/Karma).
