The Financial Subsidies Coordinator supports the administration and coordination of financial subsidy programs. The role ensures accurate processing of applications, compliance with policies, and effective coordination across internal stakeholders, applying a structured, project-oriented approach.
Coordinate and review subsidy applications for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility.
Verify applicant documentation and support subsidy calculations.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for audits and program tracking.
Act as a point of contact for applicants and coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams.
Identify risks or irregularities and support audit activities.
Assist with process improvements and project-related initiatives.
Strong organizational, coordination, and analytical skills.
Ability to interpret policies and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
Languages with databases or case-management systems is a plus.
Degree in Project Management, Administration, or a related field.
Project management education or certification is an advantage.
Languages in subsidies, grants, or administrative coordination is beneficial but not required.
