PPT & Event Coordinator – (m/f/d/) – 100% remote

Your daily tasks:

• Design and create compelling PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings.
• Collaborate with team members to gather content and insights for presentations.
• Ensure presentations are visually appealing, consistent, and align with branding guidelines
• Plan and coordinate virtual, hybrid, and on-site events from start to finish
• Manage Client communication and collaboration remotely
• Coordinate and guide the event team to ensure timely task completion
• Ensure smooth event execution and prompt issue resolution
• Support event content preparation and presentation materials
• Ensure alignment of events with organizational goals and branding
• Maintain documentation of events, learnings, and process improvements

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in event coordination, preferably in remote or hybrid settings
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in event management software, presentation tools, and MS Office
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
• Excellent English communication (written/verbal)
