Your mission:

During the next years EU Tech wants to improve its brand and increase its overall performance.

Council Administration Specialist (m/f/d) – 100% Remote

Your daily tasks:

1. Operational Oversight:

• Manage and oversee daily operations within Council Administration, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Coordinate across key functional areas, including Speakers Liaison, Experts Quality Assurance, and Council Marketing & Content Coordination.
• Handle special tasks assigned by management to maintain workflow continuity and resolve any operational issues.

2. Progress Reporting:

• Prepare and deliver strategic presentations on council administrative activities for senior management.
• Communicate key updates, initiatives, and performance metrics to leadership.
• Report regularly on the status and progress of tasks within each functional area.
• Lead daily Scrum calls with the Council Administration team to address updates, questions, and issues.

3. Performance Management & Improvement:

• Identify performance gaps and areas for improvement across the council’s administrative functions.
• Develop and implement actionable plans to enhance team productivity, operational efficiency, and task quality.
• Ensure that communication quality is tracked and division documents are updated, organized, and stored efficiently using the collaboration tool (Sharesuite/DMS)

4. Team Leadership:

• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment within the team.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management, administrative leadership, or project management.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to oversee multiple functional areas and manage performance improvements.
• Languages with digital tools for collaboration and documentation (e.g., Sharesuite or similar).
• Languages leading remote teams and using Scrum or Agile methodologies is a plus.
