CRM and Mailing Specialist (m/f/d) – 100 % remote

Your mission:

The CRM and Mailing Specialist will be responsible for managing the technical and operational aspects of our CRM systems and email campaigns. This role will focus on improving customer engagement, streamlining workflows, and ensuring the success of outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate has a passion for data-driven decision-making, marketing automation, and improving customer relationships through thoughtful communication.

Your Daily tasks:

• Manage, maintain, and optimize the CRM platform to ensure accurate customer data.
• Implement and monitor CRM workflows, ensuring seamless integration with outreach efforts.
• Segment and manage customer data to ensure highly targeted communications.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and track CRM pipelines.
• Execute email campaigns using industry best practices.
• Develop A/B tests for email templates, subject lines, and send times.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to refine strategies.
• Partner with the Outreach Team to identify opportunities for engagement and build strategies for growth.
• Create customized email templates for outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with team members to develop multi-channel outreach campaigns.
• Continuously monitor and enhance email and CRM processes to improve efficiency.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues within CRM and mailing platforms.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in CRM management and email marketing, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and email marketing tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
• Languages with marketing automation tools and processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
