Communications & Customer Satisfaction Specialist – German Speaking (m/f/d) – 100 % Remote

Your Mission:

As a Communications & Customer Satisfaction Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective and seamless communication across all levels of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to keep all employees well-informed about organizational changes, updates, and important announcements through various communication channels.

Your daily tasks:

• Develop and manage the internal communication strategy to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information to all employees.
• Craft and distribute regular newsletters, updates, and bulletins to keep staff informed about changes and developments within the company.
• Manage the change management communication process, ensuring that all employees understand and are aligned with organizational changes.
• Maintain and update the company wiki and other internal communication platforms to ensure that all information is accurate, current, and easily accessible.
• Serve as a liaison between the board of directors, general management, and employees, facilitating clear and open communication.
• Coordinate with various departments, from HR to IT, to communicate process changes, software updates, and other critical information to the entire organization.
• Monitor the effectiveness of internal communications and make recommendations for improvement.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in communications, public relations, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with content management systems.
