Assistant International Project Management (m/f/d) -100% Remote

Your Daily Tasks: 

  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and management of international projects, supporting senior project manager in overseeing timelines, deliverables, and team activities.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between Manager and relevant cross functional teams as per project needs.
  • Documentation: Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, schedules, reports, and budgets. Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for all stakeholders.
  • Schedule Management: Track project timelines and milestones, and assist in scheduling meetings, site visits, and reviews. Ensure projects remain on track by identifying potential delays and suggesting solutions.
  • Resource Allocation: Assist manager in allocate resources effectively, and that international teams have the support they need.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that could affect project success. Collaborate with the project manager and relevant teams to mitigate risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that international project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Assist with quality checks and compliance checks to ensure adherence to project requirements and regulations.
What we are looking for:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, International Relations, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Languages: Minimum of 2-5 years in project coordination or support, preferably in international project management.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams across different regions and cultures.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively find solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams) is a plus.
  • Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to working with diverse international teams and clients, with an understanding of cultural differences and business practices.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required.
