岗位职责 / Daily Tasks：

– 使用 Angular 框架开发与维护 HR ATS 和 CRM 系统的前端组件；
*Develop and maintain front-end components of HR ATS and CRM systems using Angular.*

– 与后端开发人员、设计师和项目经理紧密合作，确保系统的高性能与无缝集成；
*Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration and high performance.*

– 构建可复用、模块化的组件，提高开发效率；
*Build reusable and modular components to optimize development efficiency.*

– 实现响应式设计，确保在不同设备与浏览器上的兼容性；
*Implement responsive design and ensure cross-platform compatibility across various devices and browsers.*

– 优化应用性能并解决安全漏洞；
*Optimize application performance and address security vulnerabilities.*

– 编写整洁、可维护、文档完善的代码，遵循最佳实践；
*Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.*

– 进行代码审查，调试并及时解决问题；
*Conduct code reviews, debug, and resolve issues in a timely manner.*

– 持续学习最新的 Angular 特性及相关技术，推动项目持续优化。
*Stay updated with the latest Angular features and related technologies to continuously improve the project.*

任职要求 / What We Are Looking For：

– 计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历；
*Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.*

– 4年以上前端开发经验，专注于 Angular 框架；
*4+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on Angular.*

– 精通 HTML5、CSS3、JavaScript、TypeScript 及相关前端技术；
*Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and related front-end technologies.*

– 熟悉 RxJS、NgRx/状态管理、Angular CLI；
*Languages with RxJS, NgRx/State Management, and Angular CLI.*

– 熟悉 RESTful APIs，具备后端集成的实践经验；
*Familiarity with RESTful APIs and working knowledge of backend integration.*

– 理解 UI/UX 设计原则，有实现用户友好界面的经验；
*Understanding of UI/UX principles and experience implementing user-friendly interfaces.*

– 有使用 Git 等版本控制工具 的经验；
*Hands-on experience with version control tools (e.g., Git).*

– 能够在快节奏环境下进行复杂问题的排查和调试。
*Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a fast-paced environment.*
