We are currently building our team and now searching for

German-Speaking Administrative Support – Environmental Engineering Certifications (DIN / ISO) (m/f/d) – 100 % remote

Your Mission:

In this role, you will support EUTECH’s work in environmental engineering certification and international standards consulting. Your main responsibility is to ensure that certification processes, documentation, and coordination tasks are handled in a structured, compliant, and reliable way.

You will work closely with internal experts, project leads and external stakeholders (e.g., certification bodies, partners, and clients) to support certifications based on DIN, ISO, for example ISO 17024 and international frameworks and Standards for Environmental Engineering

Your daily tasks:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support for environmental engineering certification projects
  • Prepare, structure and maintain certification documentation in line with DIN/ISO requirements
  • Collect, structure, and maintain certification requirements and standards documentation
  • Support the internal standardization of certifications for integration into EUTECH’s software and workflows
  • Prepare, structure, and maintain certification documentation in line with DIN/ISO requirements
  • Track project tasks, deadlines, and required documentation for certification and audit readiness
  • Support communication with external stakeholders (certification bodies, partners, experts, clients)
  • Ensure reliable documentation handling, version control, and consistency across files
  • Support internal teams with follow-ups, coordination, and quality checks on documentation

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree Environmental Engineering, Chemistry / Biology / Natural Sciences, Environmental Sciences Quality Management / Technical Administration, Equivalent professional experience may be considered in place of a formal degree
  • Fluent German (C1 or native level) and professional English
  • Proven experience in administration, coordination, compliance support or certification-related work

Plus is a Background in one of the following fields:

  • Environmental Engineering (Umweltingenieurwesen)
  • Natural Sciences (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science)
  • Laboratory environment (organic or inorganic)
  • Familiarity with structured standards and certification environments, ideally including:
    • DIN standards
    • Environmental engineering-related certification frameworks
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Interest in structured processes, documentation, and digital transformation
