Environmental Engineer (m/f/d) – 100% Remote – Ukraine

Your Mission:

As an Environmental Engineer, you will play a key role in providing technical expertise and solutions for a variety of environmental projects. This position will require you to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and apply your engineering knowledge to ensure that projects comply with environmental regulations and sustainability practices, particularly in Ukraine.

Your daily tasks:

• Conduct environmental assessments, studies, and impact evaluations for projects across various sectors.
• Develop and propose solutions for environmental challenges, focusing on compliance with Ukrainian environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects align with sustainability goals and environmental best practices.
• Provide technical input and support in the design, implementation, and monitoring of environmental engineering solutions.
• Research and stay updated on local, regional and international environmental regulations, especially those relevant to Ukraine.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation on environmental performance, risks, and mitigation measures.
• Contribute to improving environmental performance, optimizing resources, and minimizing environmental impact.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in environmental engineering, with an emphasis on sustainability and environmental compliance.
• Solid knowledge of Ukrainian environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
• Strong technical writing skills and the ability to prepare detailed reports and assessments.
• Languages working independently and managing projects in a remote, flexible environment.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)..
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, focusing on Ukraine-based projects.
