Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR & People Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee management, ensuring our people operations align with EUTECH’s mission and values.


Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job roles, requirements, and expectations.

  • Post vacancies on the company website, social media, and relevant job boards.

  • Proactively source and identify qualified candidates via LinkedIn, professional networks, and other channels.

  • Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate full interview processes.

  • Collect feedback from interviewers and ensure fair and consistent evaluations.

  • Manage the onboarding process in collaboration with HR, IT, and relevant departments.

  • Maintain regular contact with new hires during their integration phase.

  • Provide regular recruitment updates and performance reports to management.

2. People & Performance Management

  • Collaborate with departments to develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in alignment with HR policies.

  • Ensure accessibility and consistency of SOPs across the organization.

  • Conduct internal spot checks to ensure compliance and identify improvement areas.

  • Work with department heads to compile and finalize progress presentations for senior management.

  • Coordinate team availability and facilitate cross-departmental meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

  • Support the implementation of performance management frameworks and employee development initiatives.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on performance and people management.

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, HR processes, and employee engagement.

  • Proficiency with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Strong understanding of HR SOPs and performance evaluation systems.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.

  • Fluent in English language skills are a strong advantage.
