Junior Tender Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Tender Specialist to support our senior colleagues in the preparation and coordination of international tender submissions. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to build a career in tender management while contributing to sustainable, technology-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tender Submission Support – Assist senior team members in preparing, formatting, and submitting tender documents; upload and organize files on donor or client portals.

  • CV & Expert Database Management – Maintain and update our database of consultants and expert CVs; adapt profiles to match specific tender requirements.

  • Documentation & Tracking – Keep structured records of tenders, deadlines, and compliance checklists; provide status updates to senior colleagues.

  • Sustainability Focus – Support the integration of environmental and sustainability criteria into proposals and compliance documentation.

  • Partner & Client Coordination (Junior Level) – Help coordinate information requests from partners or clients under the guidance of senior staff.

What We’re Looking For

  • Basic experience or strong interest in tendering, proposals, or project administration (internship or entry-level experience accepted).

  • Familiarity with CV databases or talent rosters is an advantage.

  • Awareness of sustainability or environmental standards in an international context.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Proficient in MS Office; comfortable working remotely across time zones.

  • Excellent English communication skills.
