Your Mission:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Operations Associate to support our team in day-to-day business activities, communication, and follow-ups. This role is perfect for a recent business graduate who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, international environment.

As a key part of our operations team, you will help ensure smooth communication, maintain quality in all interactions, and support business processes that drive organizational success.

Daily Tasks:

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders via email and phone.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with clients, partners, and team members.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of communications and tasks.
• Support the team with Microsoft Office tasks (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Monitor the quality and accuracy of work outputs to maintain high standards.
• Assist with ad hoc business operations and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
