2D Animation & Character Animation Specialist (m/f/d) – 100 % remote

Your mission:

We are seeking a creative and skilled 2D Animation & Character Animation Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in producing engaging training and explainer videos for corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in tools such as Adobe After Effects and Vyond, with the ability to create custom characters from scratch. They should also possess a deep understanding of corporate training environments and the ability to produce multilingual content for global audiences.

Your Daily tasks:

• Create High-Quality 2D Animations: Design and produce training and explainer videos tailored to corporate needs, ensuring visuals are engaging and aligned with branding.
• Character Design & Animation: Develop original characters from scratch and animate them effectively for various scenarios.
• Tool Proficiency: Use software like Adobe After Effects and Vyond to create professional animations with precision and efficiency.
• Multilingual Content Development: Work on videos that cater to diverse audiences by incorporating multiple languages and adapting content appropriately.
• Collaboration with Trainers & Stakeholders: Work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver customized animations.
• Storyboarding & Visualization: Translate scripts and ideas into detailed storyboards and visual concepts.
• Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Corporate Branding: Ensure videos align with client branding guidelines and maintain a professional tone for corporate environments.
• Languages working with global corporate clients or training organizations.
• Knowledge of creating interactive videos or gamified training content

What we are looking for:

• Proven Languages: 3+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, character animation, and video production, preferably in the corporate sector.
• Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Vyond, and other relevant animation tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro).
• Character Design: Strong ability to create and animate unique characters tailored to specific client needs.
• Corporate Training Knowledge: Familiarity with the nuances of creating training and explainer videos for corporate clients.
• Multilingual Projects: Languages in producing videos in multiple languages is a strong plus.
• Creativity & Detail Orientation: A keen eye for detail, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
• Time Management: Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
