Business Development and Sales Lead  (m/f/d) – 100% Remote

Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the creation and execution of business development strategies for Digital Solutions (Software) to meet company goals and market expansion objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, trends, and areas for innovation.
    • Develop comprehensive market entry and penetration strategies.
    • Organize and lead sales meetings with potential and existing clients to identify needs, propose solutions, and close deals.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
    • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring profitability and alignment with business objectives.
    • Oversee the implementation of quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of product/service delivery.
    • Establish metrics for performance monitoring and continuous improvement across various business functions
    • Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations for Board Members, providing strategic insights, performance reports, and recommendations.
    • Act as the liaison between the business development team and senior leadership, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and objectives.
    • Provide regular updates to Board Members on business development activities and outcomes
    • Plan, oversee, and manage webinars and virtual events aimed at educating and engaging stakeholders, customers, and prospects
    • Coordinate logistics, content, and presenter schedules for successful delivery of webinars.
    • Ensure smooth execution and post-webinar follow-up, gathering insights and data to improve future events

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales of Digital Solutions, with proven success in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of strategic planning, market analysis, and growth strategies.
  • Proven track record in managing sales processes, client relationships, and team performance.
  • Languages in quality control, performance monitoring, and operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with board-level presentations, corporate governance, and strategic decision-making processes.
  • Languages in managing and executing webinars and virtual events.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Languages in Software Sales .
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
