Administer, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online and on-premise environments.
Develop, customize, and manage SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions.
Design and implement business process automation solutions using Power Automate.
Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 apps such as Power Apps, Teams, and Outlook.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and resolve SharePoint and Power Automate workflow issues.
Develop and maintain documentation, governance, and user guides for SharePoint solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional SharePoint and automation solutions.
Ensure data security, compliance, and adherence to organizational policies within the SharePoint environment.
Provide user training, support, and guidance to improve adoption and efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a SharePoint Specialist/Administrator/Developer.
Hands-on expertise in Power Automate (cloud flows, approvals, integrations, error handling).
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Power Apps, Power BI, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook).
Knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, permissions, and governance best practices.
Languages with SharePoint Designer, PowerShell scripting, and Microsoft Graph API (preferred).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
