We are currently building our team and now searching for

People Recruiting Team Lead (m/f/d) – 100% Remote

Your daily tasks:

  1. International Recruitment Strategy and Execution
    • Lead and execute recruitment efforts on a global scale, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regional hiring needs.
    • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified international candidates.
    • Utilize data and insights to continually refine and improve the recruitment process, providing an efficient, high-quality hiring experience.
  2. LinkedIn and Professional Network Recruiting
    • Leverage LinkedIn and other professional networks to proactively source and engage top talent.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and tools on LinkedIn, optimizing for outreach and engagement.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of strong candidates, nurturing relationships with prospective hires for future roles.
  3. Team Leadership and Management
    • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, setting clear goals, providing ongoing coaching, and supporting their professional growth.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
    • Evaluate team performance regularly, identifying areas for development and implementing strategies to improve overall effectiveness.
  4. Project Collaboration and CRM Management
    • Oversee the use of project collaboration tools and CRM systems to manage recruitment workflows and candidate pipelines efficiently.
    • Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of candidate data, keeping the team aligned on hiring priorities and candidate status.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR, to ensure seamless communication and alignment throughout the hiring process.
  5. Communication and Candidate Engagement
    • Demonstrate strong communication skills to ensure clear, concise, and engaging interactions with candidates, team members, and hiring managers.
    • Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and addressing any questions or concerns.
    • Maintain a consistent and professional tone in all communications, ensuring a positive impression of the organization.

What we are looking for:

  • A degree in Human Resource Management
  • Should have basic German Language knowledge
  • Proven experience in international recruitment with exposure to diverse, cross-regional hiring requirements.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn recruiting, with a track record of successfully sourcing and engaging candidates.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM and project collaboration tools to support recruitment workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate clearly in English.
