·       Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure SOPs are accurate, up-to-date and align with company objectives.

·       Implement a process for periodic reviews and updates of SOPs as needed.

·       Create training materials that align with SOPs.

·       Organize and conduct remote training sessions.

·       Ensure that training materials are accessible and comprehensible to team members with various levels of technical expertise.

·       Customize training programs based on the roles and specific needs of individual departments.

·       Provide support and follow-up to ensure continuous improvement and correction of any non-compliance.

·       Identify areas and Implement improvements to the training approach based on feedback and performance metrics.

·       Foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning across all teams.

·       Maintain accurate records of training activities, employee progress, and SOP updates. Present Data driven insights to Senior Management for Strategic Planning and Decision Making.

·       3+ years of experience in training, SOP management, or a similar role.

·       Proven experience in a remote work environment is highly desirable.

·       Familiarity with process management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·       Strong knowledge of SOP creation, process documentation, and project management tools.

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in a remote setting.

·       High level of adaptability and problem-solving in a remote environment.

·       Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

·       Preferred Skills:

·       Languages in operations management or quality control roles.

·       Knowledge of industry-specific SOPs and compliance regulations.

·       Ability to translate complex processes into clear and simple SOPs.
