HR Data Analyst – Advanced Microsoft Excel Specialist (m/f/d) – 100% Remote

Your Mission:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Expert with advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, specifically in complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting HR data to support our HR operations and strategic decision-making processes. This role requires a deep understanding of HR metrics, proficiency in Excel functions (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and more), and the ability to present data in clear, actionable formats.

Your daily tasks:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze productivity and activity data from internal monitoring systems.
  • Identify patterns and deviations in performance metrics to support management decisions.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that highlight key productivity indicators and workforce utilization.
  • Collaborate with team leads to ensure accurate interpretation of performance data.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights into workforce behavior, engagement, and system usage.
  • Maintain data integrity, consistency, and confidentiality across all reporting tools.
  • Propose process improvements to optimize workforce monitoring and operational transparency.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or workforce analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics and visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with workforce or system monitoring platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate data-driven insights in a clear and actionable manner.
  •  Knowledge of HR metrics and reporting requirements.
  •  Languages with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  •  Knowledge of basic programming (e.g., VBA, SQL) for data automation.
  •  Excellent English language skills are mandatory and strong communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
